There is no improvement like façade improvement. After years of dwindling business and regional attention, all eyes are on Lemay. River City Casino attracts thousands to the area every year who may not otherwise visit. St. Louis County Port Authority has taken this opportunity to direct the casino's lease payments to community investment.
The Façade program will get new life fall of 2011. This revitalized program will offer businesses more choices from which to make improvements and help their store or office stand out to customers.
